“The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”
Where It Comes From in the Bible: Spoken by Moses to Israel at the edge of the Red Sea in Exodus 14:14 while Pharaoh's chariots closed in behind them: 'The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.'
My God Don't Play About Me (Exodus 14:14, KJV). Spoken by Moses to the children of Israel at the edge of the Red Sea in Exodus 14:14 as Pharaoh's army charged behind them. Moments later, the Lord parted the sea and fought openly for His covenant people.
