Shipping policy
Made to order and printed at the production facility closest to you, which keeps the parcel short and the freight honest.
Production time
Allow 2 to 4 business days for printing before anything ships. That is not delivery time, it is the time your piece spends being made.
Delivery
- Australia: typically 3 to 7 business days after printing.
- International: available at checkout. Times vary by destination and are shown before you pay.
Free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $90 AUD. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Rates depend on the garment, because a hoodie and a tee do not cost the same to send.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the facility. If it has not arrived, check that email first, then talk to us.
Split orders
If you order several pieces they may print at different facilities and arrive separately, at no extra cost to you. Nothing is missing, it is just travelling apart.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are not ours to collect or refund. They are the customer's responsibility. We do not mark parcels as gifts or understate their value.
Delays outside our control
Carrier backlogs, weather and customs holds happen. We will chase them with you, and the lost in transit terms in the Refund Policy still apply.
Care
Cold wash inside out, hang dry, never iron the print. Built to fade right, not fall apart.
