How It Reaches You
Shipping
Every piece is made to order for you, so the clock starts when you order. Times are business days from order to delivery. Tees, Gildan crewnecks and Barnard gym tanks take 4–6 business days to make, then usually arrive in 7–12 business days in Australia (remote areas can take longer), 9–16 business days in New Zealand and 14–36 business days in the United States and the UK. Hoodies, 350 GSM heavy fleece crewnecks, caps and beanies, Heavy Faded tanks and joggers take 2–5 business days to make, then usually arrive in 12–35 business days in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, or 4–10 business days in the United States. Sets and mixed orders can arrive in separate parcels, and the last piece follows the slower range. Each product page shows its own estimate. Enter your address at checkout to see the available shipping methods and current price. Your exact shipping total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
Every piece is made to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Check the fit guide before you order. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we make it right. Report it on our Report an issue page within 14 days of delivery, and you choose a free replacement or a full refund. Faults that show up later are still covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.
